Corporate Western Chef in TT Resources Group of restaurants for 6 years, to be in charge of the whole operations of the western division. 2005-2007 as the Italian Chef Sunway Lagoon Resort Hotel and currently the Kitchen Director for Marini’s Group – Marini’s 57, Marble 8, Marini’s Caffe (2011-2016). Act as the President of Chef Association Malaysia from 2008-2011, bringing Malaysia to another level into the international food and beverage industry. In the year 2011, He is appointed as the President of Bocuse d’Or Academy Malaysia.
